Hello! I'm Cheri, your Embodiment Educator and Guide for this online program.

I'm devoted to supporting women through practice - because embodied women are empowered women. I want you to know that pelvic floor issues are very common, but they don't have to be your 'norm' or feel inevitable or permanent. 

There's plenty of misinformation online - let's walk this path together. I've been in the movement industry for 18 years.

After I gave birth to my daughter, I dove deep into my own practice and further research. I want all women to feel whole, vital and confident - and lovingly supported when we don't feel that way. Whether you've birthed a child or not, recently or your kids are grown adults, or you're busy creating art or a business, Your Center is a source of embodied power, pleasure and connection. Your body is your home. And positive change is always possible.
